Refund policy
As we are a business that works on PERSONALISED gifts in which each product will be different and tailored to the customers needs, we do not offer refunds. All payments should be paid in full. We always ensure that your order is packaged securely to make sure there is no damage or breakage. If you want to change or modify your order, you MUST email us immediately so we can take care of that as soon as possible, but please note, if we have already started the order, then we cannot modify the order or give any refunds.
If for any reason your order is late or hasn’t arrived, it is your duty to follow up on it with the courier service as we are not in control of the delivery once it has been sent. You will be given a tracking number for you to call the delivery service and ask about your order.
When ordering please make sure that your order is exactly what you want and you have double checked on the bottle + glitter colour.
